Below is the process for ordering your new guitar. All orders require payment in full, which is non-refundable. Multiple payment options are available through our payment processor.
3 Easy Steps to Place Your Order
- Choose one of the available guitars from the Guitar Gallery.
- Using the order form, submit your order and payment. All sales are final and non-refundable.
- We will prepare your guitar for shipment (final setup, case, packing, etc…)
How Long Does It Take to Get My Guitar
Once your order has been placed and payment processed, we will get your guitar to you right away. Turnaround time is 3-5 days and shipping times will vary based on your location.
Final Setup and Shipment
When your guitar is finished, there will be extensive testing. This includes a professional setup, so your new guitar is ready to shred immediately! Your new custom guitar will be packed with care and shipped to you in a premium hardshell case.
